Nearshore BIM and Steel Detailing for U.S. Builders
AISC-compliant shop drawings, Tekla models, Revit production sets, and photoreal renderings from a senior team in Sonora, Mexico. Same time zone as your project. Native English. No timezone overhead.

Built on the software your team already uses
The work that moves your project from approval to the field
From Tekla shop drawings to Revit production sets to photoreal renderings. You send the requirements, we send the files — built to your conventions, on your schedule, against U.S. codes.
Looking for a specific nearshore service?
Each of these is a deep landing page with engagement details, codes, software stack, FAQ, and the actual numbers — built for buyers who know what they need.
The math that's making U.S. builders rethink their detailing strategy
Offshore wins on a rate sheet — and stops there. Once language overhead, 12-hour offsets, and rework rates land on the project, the savings shrink. Nearshore is the same business day, native English, and qualified engineers in a physical office an hour from the border.

A clear, four-step process from first email to delivery
No mystery, no proposal theater. You send a scope. We respond with a real number, a real timeline, and a real plan.
Discovery call
Twenty to thirty minutes. We listen, ask hard questions, confirm scope, and identify the real risks before they become quotes.
Detailed quote
A real number tied to a real scope. Milestones, deliverables, revision allowances, and named team. No theatrical sales process.
Production
Senior team kickoff, weekly status, milestone reviews, RFIs resolved same day. You see progress, not promises.
QA and delivery
Internal QC checklist signed before submittal. Two revision rounds included by default. Final files in your preferred format.
Where decades of cross-border industry meets the U.S. construction boom
Hermosillo and the surrounding region have served U.S. industry for forty years — Ford, Caterpillar, Boeing, the entire automotive corridor. The talent that built that supply chain now builds your projects.

A real office with senior architects and engineersNot a freelancer marketplace, not a 200-person factory. A physical Hermosillo office staffed by licensed architects and engineers who own the work end to end.

What U.S. builders ask before sending us their first project
How fast can you turn around a quote?
+
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours for most scopes. If your project requires a discovery call to clarify ambiguity, we book it the same week.
What standards and codes do you work to?
+
AISC 360, AWS D1.1, NISD detailing references, NCS, AIA CAD references, and IBC compliance documentation. We can produce to your firm-specific conventions once documented.
What is your typical engagement model?
+
You send us the requirements — drawings, specs, model files, a brief — and we send you the deliverable on a fixed scope and a fixed timeline. Either per-project pricing for defined scopes, or dedicated capacity for ongoing overflow. We avoid open-ended hourly billing — it incentivizes the wrong behavior on both sides.
How do you handle confidentiality and IP?
+
Mutual NDA standard before discovery. Project files stay in whatever environment you prefer — shared drive, your project portal, or direct file transfer. All IP is yours by contract.
Can we start with one project?
+
That is exactly how every successful relationship starts. Pick a defined scope on a project where the schedule has some give. Run it end to end. Decide on expansion based on data.
What software does your team work in?
+
Tekla Structures, Revit, AutoCAD, Advance Steel, Twinmotion, SketchUp, Lumion, Unreal Engine, Recap Pro, Dynamo. We deliver in the file formats you specify.
How do you handle revisions?
+
Two revision rounds are included by default in every scope. Additional rounds are quoted transparently. Most projects close out within the included revisions because we resolve ambiguity during detailing, not after.
Send your scope. We respond within 24 to 48 hours.
No commitment. No sales sequence. Real numbers from a senior team that has shipped this work before.
